5/19/2006: Well, we leave tomorrow to start our trip home. We will take one last jaunt across the East African countryside as we take a bus from Kampala to Nairobi and fly out from there.
We have enjoyed our time in Kampala and really appreciate the hospitality and friendship shown us by the Ugandans. We are looking forward to being home again though as well. See most of you soon!
We will post a few last blogs in the next few weeks as well.

4/21/2006: We have been somewhat delinquent in our postings of late. Ruth's one week trip to the US for a conference turned into a 3 week stay due to unfortunate circumstances. Less than one week after she returned, we left on a 10 day trip to western Uganda and Rwanda. We hope to have that trip mostly blogged soon.
We leave to head home in less than a month!! When we look back, time has really flown. We look forward to seeing many of you soon.

1/29/2006: The last six months have gone relatively quickly and we are sure that the next few months will go even faster. We have enjoyed experiencing as much of East Africa as we can and look forward to finishing up some tasks as well as continuing to travel in Uganda and beyond.
We have recently added some blogs describing our experiences over the Christmas break. In addition, there are some new photos of Kampala's churches and a new photo category entitled Panoramas which might give you a better view into what East Africa is like.

11/5/2005: We have now lived here in Uganda for three months! I think we have begun to hit some sort of stride. We try to keep family up to date with our postings as well as post interesting information for others. Leave comments or send us e-mails. We like to know what your thoughts are!

9/5/2005: We have just finished our first month in Uganda. We are beginning to feel more comfortable with our surroundings but we are still trying to find a routine. Browse through the blogs and look at the photos to find out what we have been up to.
