It would be wise to watch the  SS  2004 Orientation video.  Except for the time and location of the tests, the information is valid for the  Spring  2010 Schedule Updated: 01/09/10

Mathematically Speaking...

The goal of the video version of the Intermediate Algebra class at Modesto Junior College is to provide students:

(1) the opportunity to take the algebra course without needing to be in a class at a particular time of the day.

(2) the opportunity to view the same lecture content they would watch while attending an on campus elementary algebra course.

(3) the opportunity to take the course without needing to be on campus (this assumes they have a broadband Internet connection).

Please Note:

Please note that you must watch the daily lectures of the Fall 2003 broadcast of Math 90.  Click on the link to the Spring 2009 Schedule. Click on any week and then click on the lecture you wish to watch.  You will need a broadband connection to watch the video lecture.

If you click on the print version of the board photos and then click on the pane you want, you will get a reversed image of the board photos that you can print.

It is imperative that you view the daily lectures as the text does not provide all of the content covered in the course.   You can watch each lecture using Real Player One.  You just click on the lecture you want to watch. Please note that you may first need to click on the link at the top of the page for Real Player One for the free download of the video player.

Video tutorials referencing the Fall 2003 lectures can be viewed using the link that you see on the top of this page.

You can watch a VHS tapes of the Fall 2003 lectures at the Reserve Desk of the MJC library.

Finally, if you note problems or errors in any of the web pages, please send me e-mail that provides the necessary information by clicking on the instructor link at the bottom of this page.
